THE SCIENCE OF ENERGY, PART 2
(2.5 hour workshop + optional potluck discusion)
For those eager to up-level their scientific understanding and health beyond the club presentation, I can offer the second part of the science presentation, if someone is willing to host 8 people and has yard space for a cold plunge tub.
I will open this workshop with a brief review of what I shared in the club presentation, and then give participants the opportunity to enjoy breath work and a cold plunge, so they can experience modifying the energetic fields in their body in a beautiful and powerful way.
After the opening therapy experiencies, your brains will be highly activated and ready to receive the science lesson which includes understanding your lab work and how your body processes energy.
There will be an optional potluck after the workshop, if desired, for discussion and enjoyment.

I have given this workshop twice, and I will continue to refine the offering with your kind feedback and support.
