ABOUT THE PRESENTER
For years I have been very sick and didn’t know why. Fed up with the lack of answers from doctors; I decided to become my own doctor. What I leared will shock and humble you, as it did me.
This knowledge did not come easy. It took 4 years, thousands of hours, original research and a very polarizing event that made the issue stunningly clear. Now with what I know, I have great concern for the health and safety of us ALL.
With love and financial support, I can survive my own medical condition because I finally know what the problem is, which is life threatening. and with your kindness, you can empower me to offer my wisdom to more people like you. (Medical Disclaimer)
ABOUT MY VOLUNTEER WORK
I am Rotarian Ambassadorial Peace Scholar and completed my Executive MBA in Lyon France in 1996. The experience permitted me to learn another language and experience many cultures. This allowed me to have an immensely wider perspective of world history, the vastness of our universe, the diversity of our planet, and the human condition.
This ambassadorial experience radically informed my understanding of the world and my potential role within it. How life evolved since then is quite a story. I have a long history of community volunteering, before and after this scholarship.
One highlight of my community involvement is after firestorms I helped displaced survivors with emergency housing and MUCH more. I have lots of great stories about my firestorm experience, some of which could be an immense gift to future fire survivors.
