This is a brand new landing page and we are working on a process that will help us work with our volunteers and sponsors in a methodical and engaging way.

Volunteers CONTACT US HERE

  • Event / Wedding Planner (Highly valued because the incredible effort required may not only damage Kimberly’s health, but if she does not survive this, she at least wants to enjoy her last birthday.  Yes, that’s right… Her birthday is February 1st)
  • Accountant / Bookkeeper (Highly valued to make sure credit is given where due in a timely manner.  We also want to assure that we have a great deal of confidence in the volunteers handling ticketing and coupon sales/donations.
  • Stage Management and Performers (Highly valued because we have an AMAZING venue and with good talent we can produce a ridiculously great experience for us ALL.)
  • Game Hosts and Score Keepers (Highly valued to create an interactive playtime experience for all ages.  People love challenges of skill and even to compete against each other individually, and as a team.) (Kimberly and Alexa are also super interested in including some dating games! Others probably will be too.)
  • Security and Medical Stand-by (Highly valued to have confidence that any unusual events can be handled swiftly and gives us all confidence in a smooth event experience.)
  • General Help (i.e. Set-up/Tear-down) (Highly valued because many hands make for light work and a swift transition starting and ending the event.)

We also wish to formalize our agreement with the community center before fully developing this page. If you would like to help sponsor our rental costs and/or insurance please contact us ASAP (before Monday, January 6th at 10am). We estimate $250 an hour and about 5-6 hours, including transition time.
